The wide noodles give this a hearty, almost pasta-like bite that I wasn't expecting from a quick ramen, and the cheddar flavor is nicely savory without any heat. It's my new go-to when I want something comforting and filling but still vegetarian.

The cheese sauce is rich and coats every noodle perfectly, and since it’s vegetarian I can finally enjoy a cheddar-flavored ramen without worry. It’s my go-to when I want something comforting but don’t feel like cooking a full meal.

Wide noodles soaked up the cheddar sauce nicely, and it was surprisingly filling for a quick lunch. I’m not usually into non-spicy ramen, but this one’s got a rich, creamy bite that hit the spot without any heat.
