A-Sha Zimm’s Cheesy Truffle -nuudelit

The truffle flavor is unmistakable but not overpowering, and the wide noodles hold onto that cheesy sauce perfectly. I’m not a vegetarian, but I didn’t miss the meat at all—it’s a solid, comforting bowl that’s quick to make.

The wide noodles have such a satisfying chew, and the cheese-truffle sauce coats every strand without being greasy. Made a big bowl for lunch and it held up well even after sitting for a few minutes. Glad it's vegetarian, too—this will definitely be a repeat for my meatless days.

The truffle flavor is subtle but definitely there, and the wide noodles hold the cheesy sauce perfectly without turning mushy. It's a great pick for a quick dinner that feels fancier than it is, and being vegetarian-friendly is a bonus.
