The texture is spot-on — soft and chewy just like real mochi, but they cook up as easy pancakes in about ten minutes. The packaging alone made my kid grin before we even cooked anything, and the pancakes came out perfectly chewy and soft just like promised. We’ve already made this three times this week, and it’s now our go-to weekend breakfast treat.

Riley ★★★★★

The texture is spot-on for mochi pancakes—chewy on the inside with a slight crisp edge, just like I hoped. Made a batch for Saturday breakfast and even the picky eater asked for seconds.
