A-Sha Meteor Nudlar med Dan Dan-sås

The wide noodles soak up the dan dan sauce perfectly, and the texture is chewy without being heavy. It’s a solid vegetarian option that actually feels like a real meal, not just a snack. I’ll be keeping a pack in the pantry for those lazy evenings.

I’ve been looking for a quick lunch that doesn’t taste like cardboard, and these wide noodles with the dan dan sauce hit the spot—the sauce clings nicely and it’s totally vegetarian, which is a bonus for me. Took about five minutes to prep and the texture stayed firm.
