The wide noodles hold up beautifully in broth without turning mushy, which is exactly what I want for a quick lunch. I like that the whole bundle skips the spice and stays vegetarian, so it’s easy to dress up with whatever veggies I have on hand.

The wide noodles hold their shape perfectly in broth, and I love that the whole bundle stays vegetarian without sacrificing that chewy, satisfying bite. It’s become my go-to for quick lunches when I want something hearty but not spicy.

I’ve been looking for noodles that don’t leave me reaching for a glass of water after, and this bundle’s non-spicy, vegetarian wide noodles are perfect for that. They cook up quick and have a nice chew that works for both soups and stir-fries without getting mushy.
